At ONIT Athlete, we strive for peak performance in every garment; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off the Shipment
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
